Returns and Exchanges

Shipping fees are non-refundable If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will issue a refund for the items only. A reshipping fee will be applied if you request a reshipment.

Purchases made in our web-store can be returned with an original invoice within 1 day of purchase, and within 3 days from the purchase date in case of exchange. The clients get to receive their money with the shipping fees deducted in case of returns. Additionally, the returned item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition as most of our products are sensitive and related to the health and Human safety, so NONE of used items are returnable, we advise you to ask for a paid sample before purchase the actual item “Samples are subject to availability”.

Processing time for returns is usually within 15 business days from the time the return package is received. We will refund the purchase price for the item(s) plus any national VAT paid in the original form of payment. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded, return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense and are not refundable.
